At House of Bedding, your comfort is our top priority. We carefully inspect every product before it leaves our warehouse in Lahore. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed product with its original packaging within 7 Days of purchase for an exchange or a refund.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
- Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and free from any defects or scents.
- Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and inserts intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must be included.
- Timeline: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
(Note: Sale items or custom orders may not be eligible for return unless defective.)

Step 2: Ship the Product once Your Return Is Approved, Please Ship the Product Back to Our Lahore Address Using Any Traceable Courier Service (e.G., Tcs, Leopards, Trax, M&p).
Please Note: customers Are Responsible for The Shipping Costs of Returning the Item.
Step 3: Verification & Processing once We Receive the Item at Our Warehouse, Our Team Will Inspect It.
For Exchanges: we Will Dispatch Your New Item Within 2-4 Working Days.
For Refunds: we Will Process Your Refund via Bank Transfer Within 7-10 Working Days.
Important Notes on Refunds & Shipping
- Delivery Charges: Shipping charges paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the cost of the product only.
Return Shipping: The cost of sending the product back to us is borne by the customer, except in cases where the item sent was incorrect or defective.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged product or the wrong design, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us on WhatsApp immediately with a picture of the defect. In this case:
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
- We will cover all shipping costs involved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been washed or used.
- Customized or personalized bedding orders.
- Items purchased during "Clearance" or "Final Sale" events
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or Bank Transfer within 10 to 14 working days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different design or size, we will ship the new item once the original product is received and inspected.
